Register with Royal Caribbean
Please take a minute now to register online with Royal Caribbean to prepare to set sail. It only takes a minute, and you can start at the following link:

If you don’t have one yet, you’ll need to set up an account with Royal Caribbean. Additionally, you’ll need to download the Royal Caribbean app to your mobile phone to complete the check-in process. Once you complete the online registration, the final details will remain in the app on your phone.
Before you start registration, please note the following in the Cruise Planner or you’ll waste a lot of time and energy:
- Ignore the entertainment section. It’s their standard setup and is dead wrong for now. But you’ll be able to book show reservations onboard using the app!
- Specialty Dining reservations are available, but please read the section on dining packages below before you book.
- Spa appointments are available.
- Your standard crew service charges are prepaid on this cruise, so also ignore the part that says they will be added to your onboard account.

Should you encounter trouble with Royal’s online system, please contact them directly at (866) 562-7625. Atlantis does not have access or the ability to make changes to the Royal Caribbean system. If you are not able to successfully check-in online, please do not worry as it will not affect your booking status or ability to board.
Save on Add-Ons with Royal’s Flash Sale
Once you are registered, you can customize your cruise and save with Royal’s Flash Sale and save up to 30%. Here are some of the highlights:
- Shore Excursions are available for all our ports. We strongly recommend securing space for these in advance and have some exciting options in all three ports.
- Shore Excursions for Labadee will be added in the next couple of days due to a system error. Please check back on Monday.
- Internet packages are available at a discount to rates onboard!
- New dining packages let you enjoy the fantastic restaurants around Allure with substantial savings. Again, please read the dining section below.
- Prepaid water and wine packages are also available.

All About Beverage Ticket Packages
This year, Royal is offering drink tickets that can be used for either alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks with a special rate that lets you buy tickets in bulk and save. Each ticket has a value of up to $7 off their menu pricing and two tickets can be combined to cover a value up to $14.
Please note that these coupons may not be combined with your room account – it’s either a coupon or a swipe of your SeaPass card for all purchases.
Atlantis has included a package of 21 drink coupons with your cruise fare.
Additional drink ticket packages of 21 coupons may be purchased for $135.
We used a similar system on all our past Royal Caribbean sailings and the response has been overwhelming. Not only did it speed up service considerably, but you enjoy a substantial savings. And of course, the coupons can be easily shared by friends!
Since Royal Caribbean’s booking site can’t handle coupons yet, we’re making it easy and letting you add the packages directly to your Atlantis reservation and the coupon books will be available for express pickup (along with your included package) during our first day onboard.
To purchase beverage packages in advance, please sign into your Atlantis account here and follow the steps below:

- Click on Your Upcoming Reservation by clicking your name that appears on the top right corner of the webpage.
- After that, choose “View/Modify” under your Allure Cruise reservation. You will then be directed to your reservation summary, with “Add More Options” available at the bottom of the page.
- From there, click Add Drink Tickets and you will be able to purchase drink tickets accordingly
A few restrictions apply and Royal’s standard 18% gratuity is added to the coupon book at time of purchase. Once purchased, these packages are non-refundable.
Finally, please note that the unlimited Royal Refresh packages are not available on this sailing, but the coupons cover most purchases.
Specialty Dining Experiences
This year, Atlantis is including one specialty dining package for each of you to enjoy! When you pick up your drink ticket book, you’ll also receive a personalized voucher valid for lunch or dinner at one of Allure’s sensational specialty restaurants.
Reservations must be made to use your voucher and booking can only be made onboard with the rules below. If you want to make additional bookings at the standard extra charge, you can do so using RCI’s online system now. Please note that the vouchers may not be used for bookings made online prior to sailing as these must be prepaid in advance.
In order to accommodate everyone’s vouchers fairly, the following rules apply:
- Bookings can only be made onboard for same and next day dining using the vouchers. Booking instructions will be provided in the Cruise Vacation Guide.
- Vouchers are only valid the first five days of the cruise. We strongly recommend using them on the first two nights.
- Bookings are first-come, first served.
- Vouchers are personalized and not transferable to another guest. Each account can only have one voucher credit on it for the sailing.
- Vouchers have no cash value and expire if unused.
Important Deadlines for Name Changes & Additions
Just a reminder that the last day for name changes is Monday, January 13. If you want to add people to your stateroom, you may still do that until January 29, 2025.
Please note that there are no exceptions to these deadlines and we thank you for your understanding.

We have a lot of exciting entertainment planned onboard, including some ridiculously fun parties! Here’s a preview of the major theme nights during your cruise. As with all our events, costumes are completely optional – we want you to be comfortable and enjoy yourself as you are. You’ll have a great time no matter what!
Enchanted Forest
We all need a little magic these days, so enter the mystical realm of our Enchanted Forest, where fairies, witches, and magical creatures come to life. Get lost in our whimsical wonderland filled with glowing lights, hidden treasures, and a legend or two. Come as your favorite enchanted character, woodland royalty, mischievous sprite, lost child, or mystical being. Mortals welcome, but beware of spells being cast upon you!
Future-Ish
Enter our alternate reality of tomorrow where a fabulous, futuristic fantasy awaits. We’re turning the clock forward as far as you can dream for a night of absurd and zany possibilities that’s out of this world. Dress for the future in whatever seems to be the next next next thing. Of course you could just ask AI to shop for you. Our future is up to you so show it off in style! Or come as you are – or might be soon.
Neon Playground
Fast, flashy, bright, and silly! We’re turning Studio B into a musical playground filled with progressive electronic sounds that are sure to bring a smile to your face. Neon, sparkles, and lights are the way to go, and don’t take yourselves too seriously!
White Legends
Celebrate 35 years of Atlantis white parties with 5500 of your closest new friends. Sizzle in the moment, dress up or down in one simple color that everyone looks good in. Be as creative as your dreams, as sexy as your desires, as irreverent as your laughs, or keep it simple with your favorite white shorts. All are welcome here at an epic party heading into dawn and beyond!
Dog Tag T-Dance
The troops come home for Atlantis’ longest-running signature afternoon party. Show your creative strength at our first massive outdoor party inspired by the joys of men in (small) uniforms. We’ll provide souvenir dog tags; you do the rest.
Revival! Classic Disco T-Dance
Disco lives on as we take you back to the glory days of the 70s with an afternoon of pure musical magic on the dance floor. Artificial fabrics, excess facial hair, oversized shoes, and other obnoxious accessories welcome!
Think Pink T-Dance
Pink is in! You cannot escape it so let’s throw it into the silliest t-dance Atlantis has ever created. From Barbie butch to fluffy fantastic, get out your favorite interpretation for a hot afternoon of frivolous dolled up fun.

Communications Timeline
About Three Weeks Before Departure
Register for your cruise using the instructions that we’ll provide by email. You must provide passport information and other details directly to our cruise lines to complete your registration. We typically send out this information by email about a month prior to sailing. If you book within a month of departure, we might need more time to add you to the cruise line’s manifest.
Pre-Order Shore Excursions. We work closely with our cruise lines to create exciting shore excursions just for our guests. These optional tours are the best way to see these amazing places in the company of your friends onboard. Space is often limited, so booking in advance is the best way to plan!
Review our preliminary schedule including party themes. We keep our party themes simple enough that you don’t have to worry about them long in advance. You can create a sensational outfit, shop for something fun, or come as you are — either way you’ll fit right in and have a great time. Party themes for your cruise will be emailed and posted right here on the “Already Booked” page about 4 weeks before departure.
