Getting Ready for Your Club Atlantis Vacation
We can’t wait to see later this month at Club Atlantis at the beautiful Club Med Cancun resort. As you begin to prepare for your holiday, we’ll send some detailed information about what to expect during your week and how to plan to make the most out of your vacation. Please take a minute to read this entire email to get ready for a great vacation!

We Need Your Flights!
Your reservation includes a transfer from the Cancun airport to the resort on Saturday, April 26 and a return on May 3.
To add your flight details, please sign in to your Atlantis account using the link below and follow these steps:
Log in to Your Atlantis Account
- Click your name at the top right of the page, then select Your Upcoming Reservation.
- Under your Club Atlantis Cancun 2025 reservation, click Enter Flight Info and follow the prompts.

Parties and Entertainment Preview
We have a lot of exciting entertainment planned for your holiday, including some ridiculously fun parties! Here’s a preview of the major theme events during your vacation. As with all our events, costumes are completely optional – we want you to be comfortable and enjoy yourself as you are. You’ll have a great time no matter what!

New Smoking Regulation in Mexico
The government of Mexico recently passed additional, stricter regulations regarding the use of tobacco products in public spaces. Smoking or vaping in areas other than those designated for the consumption of tobacco products is strictly prohibited and may result in fines imposed to you and/or CLUB MED by the government. CLUB MED reserves the right to deny you service if you smoke or vape in non-designated areas, including but not limited to the guest rooms.
Communications Timeline
About Three Weeks Before Departure
Review our preliminary schedule including party themes. We try to keep our party themes simple enough that you don’t have to worry about them long in advance. You can create a sensational outfit, shop for something fun, or simply come as you are — either way you’ll fit right in and have a great time. Themes for your resort will be sent by email and posted right here on the “Already Booked” page about 3 weeks prior to departure.

The Last Days Before Departure
Check your email for any last-minute communications regarding check-in advice, weather updates, parties in our departure city, and other things that might come up.
