We can’t wait to see you on board the stunning new Virgin Voyages Brilliant Lady as we sail from Miami on this epic voyage. It’s time to prepare for your Atlantis holiday, and this is the first of several emails you’ll receive to help you plan. Please take a minute to read this entire email regarding the following:

Registration with Virgin Voyages is now open, and it’s a good time to start planning your holiday. Getting ready to sail takes only a few minutes and opens a world of possibilities for customizing your vacation. See below for some of the exciting options.
Finally, we would like to apologize for the delay in providing this information to you. We’ve been a bit short-staffed in the office for the past 2 weeks, but we are all caught up now. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Register Now with Virgin Voyages
You should now register with Virgin Voyages directly in the Virgin Voyages App (available for free download in the Apple or Android app store). Registration only takes a minute and will be open until 9 am on January 15.
Your booking number with Virgin Voyages is as follows:
Please note that the Virgin Booking ID differs from your Atlantis confirmation number. Each room only has one Virgin ID. If “N/A” appears above, it means that Virgin is still adding you to the manifest, and we will send you an update in the next few days.
From there, you only need to set up your account on the Virgin Voyages App. Instructions are in the app. You cannot register on a laptop via the web, as it takes place in the App.
Please note that there are six steps in the registration process, but each only takes a minute.
Customize Your Vacation Experience
The absolute best way to experience these destinations is through an organized tour. You’ll make the most of your holiday by having something planned, even if it’s just an introduction to these exciting places.
There are four things you can do today:
- Book Shore Things to explore our amazing ports. Virgin has created some of the most engaging, energizing, and fun shore experiences in the world that are perfect for Atlantis guests. They are refreshingly different from other cruise ships’ offerings and exciting!
- Purchase a Bar Tab for a discount! This allows you to buy credit for onboard purchases and get some extra dollars to spend onboard drinks for you or your friends. It’s a sensational deal and only available before we set sail.
- Book Spa Appointments in advance. Virgin has the most gorgeous full-service spa on the high seas, with unique treatments that we know you’ll love. With limited sea days, we strongly recommend booking soon.
- Indulge in the optional “Touch of Romance” package, adding a sweet collection of sensational services for one low price. This limited new package offers each couple priority boarding, daily juice specials, a 3-hour Thermal Spa pass, one “shake for Champagne”, daily delicious bites, a special Sailaway event, and more! All for $250 per room but limited to 90 rooms!
Dining and Show Bookings
We have found that going with all open seating makes the most sense for Atlantis and it’s been fantastic on our previous Virgin sailings. This flexible system has worked well for our guests on all Virgin ships and provides you with plenty of options every night.
So, unlike a “standard” Virgin sailing you don’t have to do a thing for dining except show up and enjoy!
Our shows can only be booked once onboard through the local network, but again, reservations will be easy, as we’ve added extra performances to ensure you can see everything you desire.
Our Party Themes
Brilliant Lady offers some of the best party spaces we’ve ever seen indoors and out! Costumes are optional, of course, but a little dressed-up fun adds some sparkle to our evenings and T-dances with the following party themes.
| Lost at Sea |
As we head deep into the Caribbean, creatures above and below the water line wash up on shore for a night of nautical silliness. Colorful sea creatures meet marauding pirates alongside a few mythical characters. Watch out for the occasional cruise ship passenger or TV sitcom escapee. We’re all lost together so who knows what might happen! |
| Tropical Heat |
We’re sailing south, way south into the sizzling tropics where the heat is always on in every imaginable way. Get ready for a bright and colorful night filled with island magic. Think pareos, animal prints, body paint, or just about anything small. |
| Into the Future |
For our first cruise of 2026 it’s time to look ahead – way ahead into a future of your own imagination. Who knows what might happen next year, decade, century, or millennium? All we know is that there’s always a new look on the horizon! Let us know when you’re coming from with something suitably weird, wonderful, or maybe things never really change…. |

Fast, flashy, bright, and silly! We’re turning the Red Room into a musical playground bathed in laser light and filled with bouncy sounds to make you smile. Neon, sparkles, and lights are the way to go, and don’t take yourselves too seriously! |

Loved it once? Bring it back. This night is all about revisiting a favorite look from past parties—an outfit, costume, or statement piece you’ve already worn and still adore. No pressure to reinvent, just re-rock something that deserves another moment in the spotlight. |

Let your imagination run wild at Atlantis’ pinnacle party. Sizzle in the moment, dress up or down in one simple color that everyone looks good in. Be as creative as your dreams, as sexy as your desires, as irreverent as your laughs, or keep it simple with your favorite white shorts. All are welcome here for the perfect night under the stars. |
| Dog Tag T-Dance |
The troops come home for Atlantis’ longest-running signature afternoon party. Show your creative strength at our first big outdoor party inspired by the joys of men in (small) uniforms. We’ll provide souvenir dog tags; you do the rest. |
| Splash T-Dance |
Get ready get WET at the silliest party we’ve ever created. There’s nothing to this one except water. Lots of it. Leave your phone and anything precious at home and let’s get soaked together! |
| Revival: Classic Disco T-Dance |
Disco lives on as we take you back to the glory days of the 70s with an afternoon of pure musical magic on the dance floor. Artificial fabrics, excess facial hair, oversized shoes, and other obnoxious accessories welcome. |
| Twisted Pink T-Dance |
You cannot escape it, so let yourself get swept up in a world of pink silliness! What started with a little Barbie fun has changed us all! Let your imagination run wild and play out your favorite pink look for a hot afternoon of frivolous dolled up fun. |
