We can’t wait to show you a fabulous time onboard Virgin Voyages Valiant Lady as we sail from Miami for our Memorial Day Cruise! It’s time to start getting ready for your vacation and there are a few things you can do right now to prepare. Please take a minute to read this entire email. It’s time to register with Virgin Voyages and start planning your vacation. Getting ready to sail takes only a few minutes and opens up a world of possibilities for customizing your vacation. See below for some of the exciting options.
Dining will be all open seating, to allow you maximum flexibility. Bookings are not possible or necessary.
Shows can only be booked once onboard, but reservations will be easy as we’ve added extra performances to ensure you can see all that you desire.

Register with Virgin Voyages in their App
You should take a minute now and register with Virgin Voyages directly in their Virgin Sailor App (available for free download in the Apple or Android App store.) Registration only takes a minute.
Your booking number with Virgin Voyages is as follows:
Please note that the Virgin Booking ID differs from your Atlantis confirmation number. Each room only has one Virgin ID. If “N/A” appears above, it means that Virgin is still adding you to the manifest and we will send you an update later today or tomorrow.
From there, you only need to set up your account using the Virgin Sailor App. Instructions are in the App. You cannot register on a laptop via the web, as it all takes place in the App.
Please note that there are six steps in the registration process, but each only takes a minute.
Customize Your Vacation Experience
We are setting up customizations in stages, as indicated above. For now, there are four major things you can do today:
- Book Shore Things to explore our amazing ports. Virgin has created some of the most engaging, energizing, and fun shore experiences in the world that are perfect for Atlantis guests. You’ll find them refreshingly different from other cruise ship’s offerings and definitely exciting!
- Purchase a Bar Tab for a discount! This allows you to buy credit for onboard purchases and get some extra dollars to spend onboard on drinks for you or your friends. It’s a sensational deal and only available before we set sail.
- Book Spa Appointments in advance. Virgin has the most gorgeous full-service spa on the high seas, with unique treatments that we know you’ll love.
- Indulge in Virgin’s “Touch of Romance” package by adding a sweet collection of sensational services for one low price. This limited new package offers each couple priority boarding, daily juice specials, a 3-hour Thermal Spa pass, one “shake for Champagne”, daily delicious bites, a special Sailaway event, and more! All for $250 per room but limited to 90 rooms!
If you have any questions or issues accessing your booking, please call Virgin directly on +1 954 488 2955. However – and this is very important – if their call center refuses to assist you because “This is a charter sailing” or similar statement, please get the agent’s name and call our team on +1 310-859-8800. We’ve been training their staff but it’s not always getting through. (And don’t worry, they will not get in trouble – we’re just trying to find the pockets where the training is not getting through!)
Finally, if you are unable to register online with Virgin, don’t panic. You can register easily on arrival and we’ll complete the process at the pier.
Our Party Themes
We have many exciting entertainment planned onboard, including some ridiculously fun parties! Here’s a preview of the major theme nights during your cruise. As with all our events, costumes are completely optional – we want you to be comfortable and enjoy yourself as you are. You’ll have a great time no matter what!

Step into our neon-charged wonderland where optimism rules to celebrate everything electric – glowing lights, radiant looks, and your vibrant shining spirit. | Dog Tag T-Dance | The troops come home for Atlantis’ longest-running signature afternoon party. Show your creative strength at our first massive outdoor party inspired by the joys of men in (small) uniforms. We’ll provide souvenir dog tags; you do the rest. |
| Revival! Classic Disco T-Dance |
Disco lives on as we take you back to the glory days of the 70s with an afternoon of pure musical magic on the dance floor. Artificial fabrics, excess facial hair, oversized shoes, and other obnoxious accessories welcome! |
| Think Pink T-Dance | Pink is in! You cannot escape it so let’s throw it into the silliest T-dance Atlantis has ever created. From Barbie butch to fluffy fantastic, get out your favorite interpretation for a hot afternoon of frivolous dolled up fun. |
Parties will be outdoors on the pool deck, except for Neon Playground, weather permitting.
Communications Timeline
About Three Weeks Before Departure
Register for your cruise with the instructions that we’ll provide by email. You’ll need to provide passport information and other details directly to our cruise lines to complete your registration. We typically send out this information by email about a month prior to sailing. If you’re booking within a month of departure, it might take a little longer for us to add you to the cruise line’s manifest.
Pre-Order Shore Excursions. We work closely with our cruise lines to create exciting shore excursions just for our guests. These optional tours are the best way to see these amazing places in the company of your friends onboard. Space is often limited, so booking in advance is the best way to plan!
Review our preliminary schedule including party themes. We try to keep our party themes simple enough that you don’t have to worry about them long in advance. You can create a sensational outfit, shop for something fun, or simply come as you are — either way you’ll fit right in and have a great time. Themes for your cruise will be sent by email and posted right here on the “Already Booked” page about 3 weeks prior to departure.
