Your Cruise Vacation Guide is available now, with full details on what to expect during your vacation and essential advice on preparing to sail. Please take a few minutes to read this very important document.

If you haven’t already done so, please download the Virgin Voyages App and register. This will allow you to book shore excursions and customize your experience perfectly!
Register with Virgin Voyages in their App
You should take a minute now and register with Virgin Voyages directly in their Virgin Sailor App (available for free download in the Apple or Android App store.) Registration only takes a minute and will be open until 9 am on November 25.
Your booking number with Virgin Voyages is as follows:
Please note that the Virgin Booking ID is different from your Atlantis confirmation number. Each room only has one Virgin ID. If “N/A” appears above, it means that Virgin is still adding you to the manifest.
Once you have your booking number, you need only set up your account on the Virgin Sailor App. Instructions are in the App. You cannot register on a laptop via the web, as it all takes place in the App.
Please note that there are six steps in the registration process, but each only takes a minute.
Customize Your Vacation Experience
There’s still time to customize your voyage in a variety of ways, right from the App:
- Book Shore Things to explore our beautiful ports. Virgin has created some of the most engaging, energizing, and fun shore experiences in the world that are perfect for Atlantis guests. You’ll find them refreshingly different from other cruise ships’ offerings and exciting!
- Purchase a Bar Tab for a discount! This gives you a way to buy credit for onboard purchases and get some extra dollars to spend onboard on drinks for you or your friends. It’s a sensational deal and only available before we set sail.
- Book Spa appointments in advance. Virgin has the most gorgeous full-service spa on the high seas, with unique treatments that we know you’ll love.
- Indulge in the optional “Touch of Romance” package adding a sweet collection of sensational services for one low price. This limited new package offers each couple priority boarding, daily juice specials, a 3-hour Thermal Spa pass, one “shake for Champagne”, daily delicious bites, a special Sailaway event, and more! All for $250 per room but limited to 90 rooms!
If you have any questions or issues with accessing your booking, please call Virgin directly on +1 954 488 2955. However – and this is very important – if their call center refuses to assist you because “This is a charter sailing” or similar statement, please get the agent’s name and call our team on +1 310-859-8800. We’ve been working together to ensure their team can fully assist but it takes time, given their global footprint. And don’t worry, they will not get in trouble – we’re just trying to find the pockets where the training is not getting through.
Finally, if you are unable to register online with Virgin, don’t panic. You can register easily on arrival, and we’ll complete the process at the pier.

We can’t wait to show you a fabulous time onboard Virgin Voyages Resilient Lady for our Thanksgiving Caribbean Escape! Registration with Virgin Voyages is now open, and it’s a good time to start planning your holiday. Getting ready to sail takes only a few minutes and opens a world of possibilities for customizing your vacation. See below for some of the exciting options. Dining onboard will be all open seating, so no reservations are necessary. You’ll see “sold out” on all the dining, but don’t worry – that just means it’s all walk-up. Shows can only be booked once onboard through the local network, but again reservations will be easy as we’ve added extra performances to make sure you can see all that you desire. Our Party Themes
Resilient Lady offers some of the best party spaces we’ve ever seen indoors and out! Costumes are optional, of course, but a little dressed-up fun adds some sparkle to our evenings and T-dances with the following party themes
| Solid Gold Medalists | The games in Paris are over, but their spirit lives on with a party about sport, sportsmen, and all the pageantry that make us watch every four years. Head out ready to compete or coach or arrive decked out in your favorite country’s ceremonial best. Or just be that fan who finally got a ticket to men’s gymnastics. |

| Virgin White | Let your imagination run wild at Atlantis’ pinnacle party. Sizzle in the moment, dress up or down in one simple color that everyone looks good in. | Dog Tag T-Dance | The troops come home for Atlantis’ longest-running signature afternoon party. Show your creative strength at our first big outdoor party inspired by the joys of men in (small) uniforms. We’ll provide souvenir dog tags; you do the rest. |

Communications Timeline
About Three Weeks Before Departure
Register for your cruise with the instructions that we’ll provide by email. You’ll need to provide passport information and other details directly to our cruise lines to complete your registration. We typically send out this information by email about a month prior to sailing. If you’re booking within a month of departure, it might take a little longer for us to add you to the cruise line’s manifest.
Pre-Order Shore Excursions. We work closely with our cruise lines to create exciting shore excursions just for our guests. These optional tours are the best way to see these amazing places in the company of your friends onboard. Space is often limited, so booking in advance is the best way to plan!
Review our preliminary schedule including party themes. We try to keep our party themes simple enough that you don’t have to worry about them long in advance. You can create a sensational outfit, shop for something fun, or simply come as you are — either way you’ll fit right in and have a great time. Themes for your cruise will be sent by email and posted right here on the “Already Booked” page about 4 weeks prior to departure.
