New Year’s Tahiti Cruise

Atlantis doesn’t just sail – this December we’re in flight! We’re thrilled to announce that our charter flight to Tahiti is now available for booking. It’s the easiest and most convenient way to get to our Oceania Tahiti cruise.

Complete details are below.

Our flights will operate according to the following schedule:

December 27: Departs LAX at 10:45 pm
December 28: Arrives PPT at 5:00 am

January 6: Departs PPT at 9:00 pm
January 7: Arrives LAX at 6:45 am

Each flight has 3 classes of service on Air Tahiti Nui’s sparkling 787-900 aircraft with the following fares:

Economy $1,599
Premium Economy $2,799
Business Class $6,699

These roundtrip fares include all taxes and current fuel surcharges*. Fares also include roundtrip transfers to and from the ship. Once booked, the flights are non-refundable. Name changes are allowed at no extra charge up to 7 days before departure.

Since the return flight departs Papeete late in the evening, Atlantis is securing a number of “day rooms” that we will offer as a separate option. The transfers provided will cover both transportation to the day room hotels as well as transfer to the airport on January 6.

Please note that seats are limited, and fares may be increased at any time without notice.

How to Book
Since this flight has limited premium seats, we have two different ways of booking space depending on the service class.

To make a booking for an Economy Class seat, you can add this to your reservation online as follows:

Log in to Your Atlantis Account

Click on Your Upcoming Reservation by selecting your name in the top-right corner of the webpage.
Choose “View/Modify” under your Tahiti Cruise reservation. This will take you to your reservation summary.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Add More Options.”
Click “Add Air” to purchase your ticket.

To request either a Business or Premium Economy seat, please complete the following form before April 2 at 5:00 pm PST. We will assign seats based on the category of room booked onboard Riviera and then your Alumni status with Atlantis.

We suggest booking an Economy seat as a backup if you are willing to take one should we not be able to fulfill your premium seat request. If we can offer you a Business or Premium Economy seat, you would pay the difference.

We do expect this charter to sell out quickly as it has in previous years.

Atlantis has organized a special charter flight on Air Tahiti Nui to get you to our sensational New Year’s cruise in comfort at very attractive fares. We also have a limited amount of group space available on several scheduled flights that will be available once the charter is sold out.

• Charter flights are non-refundable once purchased and must be paid in full at the time of booking. Name changes for the flight are permitted up until 7 days prior to departure at no additional charge. Only guests booked on the Atlantis Tahiti cruise may travel on these charter flights.
• All conditions of carriage for Air Tahiti Nui’s standard operating flights apply to charter including but not limited to baggage allowances, safety regulations, special meals, acceptance of passengers, and other allowances. • Transfers to and from Riviera are included, with specific details to follow regarding transfers on January 6.

Quick Update on Tahiti Charter Flights

We cannot wait to see you this December on our Tahiti New Year’s Cruise!  Many of you have been asking about our planned charter flights and we are in the final stages of contracting with Air Tahiti Nui right now.

We have secured a charter flight from Air Tahiti Nui to depart on the night of December 27, returning on January 6 – perfectly matching our sailing. Right now, we are just waiting for the final contract and fuel cost estimates in order to begin selling the flight.

Our roundtrip fares are currently ESTIMATED as follows:

                  $1399 for Economy Class
                  $2750 for Premium Economy
                  $6599 for Business Class

We are also securing some group block space at similar rates once the charter sells out. Details on that will be available in the next few weeks.
