On the homepage, look for “Manage My Cruise” in the top menu on the right.
Then, log in to Your Cruise Account:
If you already have a Holland America account, enter your login credentials (email and password) to access your cruise details.
If you don’t have an account or prefer not to register, you can log in using your booking details as above.
Please note that each stateroom has only one number assigned for all guests and that the Holland America Reservation Number is different from the Atlantis Confirmation number. Also, you must enter your name exactly as shown above to enter the system properly.
If a reservation number does not appear above, we are still waiting for your booking number from Holland. We will send you an update email as soon as we receive the booking numbers.
Should you encounter trouble with Holland’s online system, please contact them directly at 800-207-3545. Atlantis does not have access or the ability to make changes to the Holland America system. If you are not able to successfully check-in online, please do not worry as it will not affect your booking status or ability to board.
Whether you pre-register for this cruise online or not, your reservation and experience are bound by the Atlantis Terms and Conditions and the Holland America Passenger Ticket Contract. Please note that both documents may be found in full on each company’s respective websites. Thank you.
Customize Your Vacation Experience
Once logged in, you will be directed to your cruise page, where you can start planning and booking various aspects of your cruise. Here are some of the options available:
- Shore Excursions: Browse and book excursions for our exciting ports
- Spa Packages: Explore and book treatments and packages at the onboard spa.
- Specialty Dining: Reserve tables at Koningsdam’s fabulous specialty restaurants.
- Beverage Packages: Non-alcoholic packages are available now. Onboard, we will offer a drink ticket package that allows you to buy drinks at a discounted price.
- Internet Packages: Select an internet package to stay connected during your cruise.
After selecting the desired services, follow the prompts to complete your bookings. You may need to provide payment details for certain reservations. Make sure to review all your selections and confirm your bookings. You should receive confirmation emails for your records.
Drink Ticket Advance Orders
You can now purchase 20 drink coupons for just $200. Each coupon is valid for up to an $11 drink at any bar. The booklet price also includes the standard gratuity charge, so it’s really around a 25% savings! Tickets will be available for pickup on the first day onboard. Please note that the following terms apply:
- Each coupon is valid for up to an $11 drink at any bar
- The standard 18% gratuities are already included.
- Lost or unused coupons will not be reimbursed.
- Your stateroom keycard must be presented at the time of redemption.
- Drink coupons are non-refundable once purchased.
To purchase beverage packages in advance, please sign in to your Atlantis account here and follow the steps below:

Click on Your Upcoming Reservation by clicking your name on the web page’s top right corner.
After that, choose “View/Modify” under your Koningsdam Cruise reservation. You will then be directed to your reservation summary, with “Add More Options” at the bottom of the page.
Click Add Drink Tickets from there, and you can purchase drink tickets accordingly.
A few restrictions apply. The rates on our website are the same as you will pay onboard, but purchasing in advance saves you a lot of time on the first day! Please note that packages cannot be refunded once purchased, and unused tickets have no value after the cruise.

It’s time to prepare for a spooky good time on our Halloween San Diego to Mexico Cruise. This is the first of several emails you’ll receive to prepare you for your vacation with Atlantis and this is all about dressing up! Look below for information on the party themes for next month’s Halloween extravaganza.
Our Party Themes
Koningsdam has a sensational pool deck that’s perfect for our parties in all types of weather. We can literally close the roof if it gets cold or windy and make sure everyone has fun in comfort.
As you’d expect on our Halloween cruise, we’re leaning into the spirit(s) a bit more than usual, but don’t panic. Costumes are always optional and we want you to enjoy it all regardless of your desire to dress the part. Being a spectator can be just as much fun!
| Solid Gold Medalists | The Olympics have passed, but their spirit lives on with a party about sport, sportsmen, and all the pageantry that make us watch every four years. Head out ready to compete or coach or arrive decked out in your favorite country’s ceremonial best. Or just be that fan who finally got a ticket to men’s gymnastics. |
| Ghost Ship | As the clock strikes midnight on Halloween, our ship suddenly disappears into the night, shrouded in darkness and filled with creatures from beyond our world. Time stops, past & present merge, and nobody knows who’s alive or not as every manner of ghost, forgotten crew member, faded star, and terrifying standard cruise passenger roam the decks.
You’re invited to tour our haunted hull at your own risk to witness the transformation for yourself. Just be back on deck for a spirited costume parade and a full gathering of the LGBT (Lost, Ghostly, Bizarre, and Terrifying) community on the dance floor.

Communications Timeline
About Three Weeks Before Departure
Register for your cruise with the instructions that we’ll provide by email. You’ll need to provide passport information and other details directly to our cruise lines to complete your registration. We typically send out this information by email about a month prior to sailing. If you’re booking within a month of departure, it might take a little longer for us to add you to the cruise line’s manifest.
Pre-Order Shore Excursions. We work closely with our cruise lines to create exciting shore excursions just for our guests. These optional tours are the best way to see these amazing places in the company of your friends onboard. Space is often limited, so booking in advance is the best way to plan!
Review our preliminary schedule including party themes. We try to keep our party themes simple enough that you don’t have to worry about them long in advance. You can create a sensational outfit, shop for something fun, or simply come as you are — either way you’ll fit right in and have a great time. Themes for your cruise will be sent by email and posted right here on the “Already Booked” page about 3 weeks prior to departure.
