Vietnam and Thailand Visa Information
You do not need to get a visa in advance for Vietnam. The ship will arrange them for all guests for a $25 fee charged to your onboard account. This applies to virtually all guests unless we notify you in advance that the ship cannot process it.
For those of you trying to save money, that’s the same fee that Vietnam charges for an individual visa, and you have to navigate their website and take a chance that it will be denied or mishandled.
No visa is required for guests from the USA, Canada, Australia, or the EU to enter Thailand. Guests from other countries need to check with their consulate to see what their visa requirement are. Please note that if you do not possess the correct documentation you will be denied boarding and no refund will be possible.
Finally, make sure your passport is up to date with an expiration date no earlier than May 15, 2026.

To add a hotel package to your reservation, please call one of our friendly agents on +1 (310) 859-8800 or see your travel agent. You can also add the hotels to your existing reservation by following these simple steps in our online booking system:
- Log in at https://res.atlantisevents.com/Booking/Account/LogOn
- Click your name in the top right corner and select Your Upcoming Reservations
- Find your Hong Kong to Singapore Cruise reservation and click View/Modify
- Scroll down to Add Pre/Post-Cruise Hotel and make your selection
