Register with Virgin Voyages in Their App
You should take a minute now and register with Virgin Voyages directly in their Virgin Sailor App (available for free download in the Apple or Android app store.) Registration only takes a minute and will be open until 9 am on February 22.

Your booking number with Virgin Voyages is:

Please note that the Virgin Booking ID is different from your Atlantis confirmation number. Each room only has one Virgin ID. If “N/A” appears above, it means that Virgin is still adding you to the manifest and we will send you an update early next week.

All you have to do from there is set up your account on the Virgin Sailor App. Instructions are in the app. There is no way to register online as it all takes place in the app.

Please note that there are six steps in the registration process, but each only takes a minute.

Customize Your Vacation Experience
Once you’re set up in the Virgin Voyages App, you can customize your vacation with some exciting options.

• Book Shore Things to explore our amazing ports. Virgin has created some of the most engaging, energizing, and fun shore experiences in the world that are perfect for Atlantis guests. You’ll find them refreshingly different from offerings on other cruise ships and definitely exciting!Please note that we are working with Virgin to add more space to many of the “sold out” excursions. We should have additional space onboard.

Purchase a Bar Tab for a discount! It’s the best deal on the high seas — get $50 in free beverage credit when you buy a bar tab of $300. It’s a sensational deal and only available before we set sail.

• Book Dining Reservations. If you didn’t see our long email about dining, take a look at the information in the Vacation Guide. Most of our dining is walk-in except for early (before 7 pm) and late (after 9 pm) seatings. We want it to be casual and social, so come in to any restaurant, even if you are a solo sailor, at any time and we’ll find you a great group to dine with!

If you have any questions or issues with accessing your booking, please call Virgin directly on +1 954 488 2955. Should a Virgin Voyages rep tell you that you have to call Atlantis for reservation issues, please politely ask them for their name and call us with the time of your call and who you spoke with so we can work with their team.

Finally, if you are unable to register online with Virgin don’t panic. You will be able to board easily on arrival and we’ll complete the process at the pier.

It’s time to start getting ready for your vacation and there are a few things you should do right now to prepare. Please take a minute to read this entire email.It’s time to register with Virgin Voyages and start planning your vacation. Getting ready to sail takes only a few minutes and opens up a world of possibilities for customizing your vacation. See below for some of the exciting options.Some dining reservations are open, but we plan on keeping most bookings open for walk-ins to allow you maximum flexibility. Don’t stress about it, and if you want a specific restaurant on a specific day it will be available to book for early or late seatings. We are holding all times from 7 pm to 9 pm for walk-in bookings throughout the cruise.Shows can only be booked once onboard, but again reservations will be easy as we’ve added extra performances to make sure you can see all that you desire.

We’ll send more emails out as we get closer to departure to help you plan for this magnificent voyage. In the meantime:

Customize Your Vacation Experience
We are setting up customizations in stages, as indicated above. For now, there are four major things you can do today:

Book Shore Things to explore our amazing ports. Virgin has created some of the most engaging, energizing, and fun shore experiences in the world that are perfect for Atlantis guests. You’ll find them refreshingly different from offerings on other cruise ships and definitely exciting!
Purchase a Bar Tab for a discount! This gives you a way to buy a credit for onboard purchases and get some extra dollars to spend onboard on drinks for you or your friends. It’s a sensational deal and only available before we set sail.
Book Spa Appointments in advance. Virgin has the most gorgeous full-service spa on the high seas, with unique treatments that we know you’ll love.
Indulge in Virgin’s “Touch of Romance” package adding a sweet collection of sensational services for one low price. This limited new package offers each couple priority boarding, daily juice specials, a 3-hour Thermal Spa pass, one “shake for Champagne”, daily delicious bites, a special Sailaway event, and more! All for $250 per room but limited to 90 rooms!

If you have any questions or issues with accessing your booking, please call Virgin directly on +1 954 488 2955. However – and this is very important – if their call center refuses to assist you because “This is a charter sailing” or similar statement, please get the agent’s name and call our team on +1 310-859-8800. We’ve been training their staff but it’s not always getting through. (And don’t worry, they will not get in trouble – we’re just trying to find the pockets where the training is not getting through!)

Finally, if you are unable to register online with Virgin, don’t panic. You can register easily on arrival and we’ll complete the process at the pier.

Our Party Themes
We have a lot of exciting entertainment planned onboard, including some ridiculously fun parties! Here’s a preview of the major theme nights during your cruise. As with all our events, costumes are completely optional – we want you to be comfortable and enjoy yourself as you are. You’ll have a great time no matter what!

Enchanted Forest	We all need a little magic these days, so enter the mystical realm of our Enchanted Forest, where fairies, witches, and magical creatures come to life. Get lost in our whimsical wonderland filled with glowing lights, hidden treasures, and a legend or two. Come as your favorite enchanted character, woodland royalty, mischievous sprite, lost child, or mystical being. Mortals welcome, but beware of spells being cast upon you!
Future-Ish	Enter our alternate reality of tomorrow where a fabulous, futuristic fantasy awaits. We’re turning the clock forward as far as you can dream for a night of absurd and zany possibilities that’s out of this world. Dress for the future in whatever seems to be the next next next thing. Of course you could just ask AI to shop for you. Our future is up to you so show it off in style! Or come as you are – or might be soon.
Neon Playground	Fast, flashy, bright, and silly! We’re turning the Red Room into a musical playground filled with progressive electronic sounds that are sure to bring a smile to your face. Neon, sparkles, and lights are the way to go, and don’t take yourselves too seriously!
White Legends	Celebrate 35 years of Atlantis white parties with 2800 of your closest new friends. Sizzle in the moment, dress up or down in one simple color that everyone looks good in. Be as creative as your dreams, as sexy as your desires, as irreverent as your laughs, or keep it simple with your favorite white shorts. All are welcome here at an epic party heading into dawn and beyond!
Dog Tag T-Dance	The troops come home for Atlantis’ longest-running signature afternoon party. Show your creative strength at our first massive outdoor party inspired by the joys of men in (small) uniforms. We’ll provide souvenir dog tags; you do the rest.
Revival! Classic Disco T-Dance	Disco lives on as we take you back to the glory days of the 70s with an afternoon of pure musical magic on the dance floor. Artificial fabrics, excess facial hair, oversized shoes, and other obnoxious accessories welcome!
Think Pink T-Dance	Pink is in! You cannot escape it so let’s throw it into the silliest t-dance Atlantis has ever created. From Barbie butch to fluffy fantastic, get out your favorite interpretation for a hot afternoon of frivolous dolled up fun.

Parties will be outdoors on the pool deck, except for Neon Playground, weather permitting.

Communications Timeline

About Three Weeks Before Departure
Register for your cruise with the instructions that we’ll provide by email. You’ll need to provide passport information and other details directly to our cruise lines to complete your registration. We typically send out this information by email about a month prior to sailing. If you’re booking within a month of departure, it might take a little longer for us to add you to the cruise line’s manifest.

Pre-Order Shore Excursions. We work closely with our cruise lines to create exciting shore excursions just for our guests. These optional tours are the best way to see these amazing places in the company of your friends onboard. Space is often limited, so booking in advance is the best way to plan!

Review our preliminary schedule including party themes. We try to keep our party themes simple enough that you don’t have to worry about them long in advance. You can create a sensational outfit, shop for something fun, or simply come as you are — either way you’ll fit right in and have a great time. Themes for your cruise will be sent by email and posted right here on the “Already Booked” page about 4 weeks prior to departure.

Two Weeks Before Departure
