Register Online with Oceania
First, please register online with Oceania for this amazing cruise. It will only take a minute and will allow you to book shore excursions and customize your onboard experience in advance.
You can start with Oceania at the following link: https://www.oceaniacruises.com/
You’ll have to create an account to register, so just click “Sign In/Create Account” first in the upper left corner of the screen. Make sure you enter your name exactly as we have it:
Once you sign in, you will need the following information to register.
- Cruise Ship: Oceania Riviera
- Departure Date: December 28, 2025
- Oceania Booking Number:
- Your Passport Details
Please note that the Oceania Reservation Number is not the same as your Atlantis Confirmation Number. Additionally, please ensure that your name is entered exactly as it appears on your Atlantis reservation (as listed above) to access the system properly. Each stateroom is assigned only one Oceania Reservation Number. All guests in your room will use the same registration number online.
If you encounter trouble with the Oceania online system, please don’t hesitate to contact Oceania Cruises directly at 855-623-2642, as Atlantis does not have control over their system. If you are not able to successfully pre-register, please do not worry, as it will not affect your booking status or ability to board.
Customize Your Vacation
Once registered, you may book shore excursions and culinary classes in advance online. Just follow the directions under “manage booking”. The shore excursions are uniquely designed for Atlantis on this very exciting journey.
Please note that due to insurance restrictions, there are no shore excursions offered by Oceania in Fakarava. There are some independent operators who can offer diving and other tours for this destination.
All guests have a “House Beverage Package” included in your booking. You will have the opportunity to upgrade to the “Premium” package once onboard. Rates will be provided in our next email and unfortunately there is no way for them to process the upgrades through the advance booking system.
Read on for dining reservations information.
Dining Booking Information
We will open dining reservations for the four specialty restaurants to all guests at noon (Pacific Time) on Monday, December 15. Note that to book a table with friends, you’ll need to get THEIR Oceania booking numbers as well as names as listed on the reservation.
Please do not call Atlantis to request other guests’ booking numbers, as we cannot provide them.
Each of you will have the opportunity to dine at these restaurants at least once. We are also holding plenty of space for walk-ins and changes to allow considerable flexibility once onboard. In other words, don’t panic about this – it works out great on all our Oceania charters.
Owners, Vista, and Oceania Suite guests may book at any time through their butler and do not need to book in advance unless they have parties larger than four guests.
We will send out a separate detailed email on dining by Friday, December 12, with instructions on how to book.
Day Rooms on January 6
We are working on day room and “day pass” options for guests with late flights on January 6, including our charter flight. We hope to have more information in the coming days and will offer it by email.
In all likelihood, we will need to use two different properties to accommodate all the requests.
Charter Flight Information
If you are booked on our charter flights, seat assignments are being made to ensure that guests traveling in the same stateroom are seated together. Unfortunately, we cannot honor any other seating requests, as the charter flights are full. We also cannot release seat assignments in advance. They will be printed on your boarding pass to be distributed at the airport.
In terms of luggage, please note that Air Tahiti Nui limits Economy class passengers to one piece of luggage, weighing up to 23 kg (51 lbs) per piece. Business Class passengers may bring two bags, each weighing up to 70 lbs (32 kg) per passenger.
Overweight and additional luggage will incur their standard charges as detailed on the Air Tahiti Nui website:
https://www.airtahitinui.com/en/baggage-policies
Atlantis staff will be available at check-in for all flights to assist with questions and resolve any issues.
Your Party Themes
While the emphasis onboard this cruise is mostly touring and exploring the islands, we will, of course, throw some really fun parties on the top deck, including an over-the-top New Year’s Gala.
Given the heat and distance, we kept the outfits very simple, so you don’t need to carry a lot. Here are our party themes for this fantastic New Year’s Cruise.
Bali Ha’i
It’s high camp in the South Pacific from your best Bloody Mary impression to decked out officers looking for a good time. And oh yes, plenty of festive natives running around. Celebrate the magic of the islands any way you desire.
Tropical Glow
Bring out the bling, blink, glitter, and glow to light up the night with a little tropical sizzle. It’s all about the accessories tonight so let yourself shine! Or come as you are and bask in the community glow.
New Year’s Eve Gala
Celebrate the start of 2026 in tropical style with our all-star gala celebration in the Bora Bora Harbor. Dress up or down in champagne style with a touch of gold, silver, and white for our night of pop-up performances, music, and fireworks at midnight!
White Lotus
The lotus is a symbol of purity, harmony and peace – something the world needs today. Our pinnacle party celebrates joy in one simple color that everyone looks good in. Or go the HBO route and let’s see what happens!
Dog Tag T-Dance
The troops come home for Atlantis’ longest-running signature afternoon party. Show your creative strength at our first big outdoor party inspired by the joys of men in (small) uniforms. We’ll provide souvenir dog tags; you do the rest.
Revival!
Classic Disco T-Dance
Disco lives on as we take you back to the glory days of the 70s with an afternoon of pure musical magic on the dance floor. Artificial fabrics, excess facial hair, oversized shoes, and other obnoxious accessories welcome!
Splash T-Dance
Take a dip on the dance floor at our wettest tropical t-dance. We’ll cool you off with a few splashes of water so dress for the beach and leave your phone or camera (if you still own one) behind. You’ll definitely get wet –with a smile.
Think Pink T-Dance
Pink brings out the playful in all of us and we cannot escape it! From Barbie butch to fluffy fantastic, throw on your favorite interpretation for a hot afternoon of frivolous dolled up fun.
